I am a Mum of 2 with an extensive background in the Health and Fitness industry spanning 15 years. Mum to an 9 year old and a 3 year old. Part time PE teacher, Fitness Instructor and PT.
Started off working for Gyms in Leeds, Catterick and Colchester then developed and specialised in Mum and baby classes when my first born was a baby after seeing a gap in the market. Built up an in-person business in Colchester, UK over 6 years. Moved to Brunei when my second baby was just a few months old and decided to transfer my classes onto an online platform in order to stay connected to my clients. This is where 'Fitness Classes @ Home' was created and still continues to this day.
I have now moved to Wiltshire (where I hope to settle) and have just re-set up 'in person' classes as well as still streaming and uploading classes into my Fitness Classes at Home group.
Fitness should never be seen as a punishment. Fitness should always be a celebration of what our amazing bodies can do. I am a firm believer also in bettering your health through movement, both physical health and mental health. I offer a range of fitness classes to suit all abilities and welcome absolutely anyone along to come and try. There is something for everyone and I also offer online classes as well as 'in-person'. My classes are fun, motivating and energetic with options always given to 'take it up' or 'take it down' a level.
