The 10 week challenge is about working on yourself, for yourself. Through the challenge you’ll be set a calorie and protein goal to adhere to with guidance as to how you can achieve this.
Aim of the challenge- make a goal, stick to it, create a balanced, healthy lifestyle and LEARN about fitness and nutrition.
You will learn how easy it is to set and STICK to realistic targets.
You will be part of a group on the same challenge to create a support network not just from me but from fellow challengers.
Throughout the challenge you’re expected to “check in” every Friday, update with how you’re getting on and with that you’ll get tailored feedback from myself (if needed) to adjust goals as the challenge goes on.

Lianne, thank you for this challenge it has done wonders for me! It has given me a much better understanding of what I’m consuming on a day to day basis.
It has been great for having off days but not feeling guilty and just picking back up again when you know you can put your all into it.
Tracking food gives such great awareness to allowing treats but not going to mad that it creates more of a lifestyle change I have found as opposed to a fad diet!
I have had a few things get in the way of this challenge in the last few weeks so I was dreading getting on the scales this morning as I was hoping I hadn’t put anything on after my 6lb loss but by some miracle and being bang on it again this week I had lost another 3lb.
Start weight was 9stone this morning 8st 5lb so chuffed to bits & feeling great!
Would definitely recommend this challenge as even though we all have our off days it helps you stay on track knowing you have to be accountable for what you are trying to do!

Hey Lianne, I am so grateful for getting to take part in this challenge!
I wanted to join because I lacked hugely in body confidence and needed a kick start back into fitness and that is exactly what this challenge did.
The first 7 weeks I put my all into it and I saw results fast which I loved but let slip when I returned back to England and had family visit Brunei but I don't feel I failed because I've found classes I love and will keep going to even though the challenge has finished.
My aim was to tone and I feel this challenge has helped me go for it!
I love that on this challenge I can eat what I love without feeling guilty it also made me more aware of just how much other nutrients I'm missing out on and need to ensure I take better care of doing that!

I feel more toned and have managed to maintain my weight rather than yo yo up and down which is what I used to do! I’m now 9 stone (57.1kg) which I’m very happy with and my stomach feels flatter! Would definitely recommend this to other people! 💗

Hi Lianne, joining the group has given me the Kickstart I needed to begin moving more and eating more wisely.
Not quite there in terms of the amount of exercise I need to do/would like to do but with 2yr old twins I do what I can. Started running again which I’m enjoying. This journey continues! Thank u!

When I go to try on wedding dresses in January I’ll hopefully have confidence to try things I would of normally said hell no too.

Hi Lianne I just wanted to say thank you for this opportunity, it has been a massive learning curve for me regarding food. You have taught me so much about food and how to manage my calorie intake.
Unfortunately I have broken my foot so have been unable to continue with the exercise, however I am now able to do abs work so I am concentrating on that.
I have still been recording my food etc on my fitness pal and will continue to do so along with using the advice you have given me.

I would recommend this plan to others as it will educate you and help you manage your weight effectively, it’s also great to have the support of a group as sometimes you feel like your doing something wrong or you’ve lost the plot you can see that your not alone as everyone faces different hurdles & challenges along the way.

Hi Lianne,
Well this challenge has taught me sooo much about my diet! I soon realised I was under eating in every meal and then binge eating in the evening because I was sooooo hungry. I now make my breakfasts the night before and plan my weeks lunches to keep me on track.
Although I’m still not where I want to be I’m feeling so much better in myself already and plan to continue. My back is finally on the mend and so I hope to begin working out again when I can find the time.
Thank you so much for all your help. I wouldn’t be where I am now if it wasn’t for you and all your information (and the huge variety of workouts on your group).
