I shared this exciting news a couple of weeks ago and the app has now been running for a couple of weeks. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome the new members as well as those who have successfully transferred over to the app. It is all really exciting stuff happening, something I have wanted for a long, long time.
Whilst ALL classes are currently online, I do hope to get one or two classes up and running again as soon as the Covid-19 restrictions lift. We successfully managed to run online classes at the same time as 'in-person' before and this will continue!

Do you need to jump onto a JANUARY RESET?
I always advise my clients to focus on building good habits rather than cutting them out. We all love to indulge and there is nothing wrong with that! This time of year is THE time to chill and enjoy in particular.
Every now and then though, a reset can be good to re-instil the positive habits that may have been side-tracked (I am the same! It is needed!)
RESETTING.....There is nothing wrong with wanting to take a step back and resetting your mind and body. Whether that’s just cutting out the stuff you KNOW is not good for your optimum health and you KNOW have a negative effect on you- certain foods, drink, toxic relationships (with others or with your own self!)
Whether you’re cutting out OR focusing on building those healthy habits, either way you will absolutely benefit with regards to the health of your body and your mind
