Wow, I am missing teaching, I am missing people and every-day life. I am currently a supply teacher out here in Brunei therefore currently out of work teaching there and of course teaching fitness classes in person. Thank goodness for technology though...it isn't all doom and gloom thanks to this!
Our first week of LIVE sessions went really well. It was great to interact with people whilst they were doing the sessions. It had been a long time since I had gone live....usually through my group I pre-record and then upload. It really is like leading a class again.
